Month 2 60-90 min
Your HTMA Results and Strategy

This is the session that changes everything. We walk through your HTMA together: your mineral ratios, your metabolic type, your adrenal pattern, what the numbers mean in the context of your specific symptoms. You receive a fully personalized plan built from your data. Most clients tell me this is the first time they've understood what's actually been happening in their body.

Follow-Up Integration Call

Once you've started implementing, we meet to fine-tune. Your body will respond in ways we didn't fully anticipate. That's expected, and it's useful data. We adjust based on what you're actually experiencing.

Progress Check-In

Before you decide

Common questions.

Do I need new bloodwork before we start?
Not necessarily. Any labs from the past three months are useful context and I'll review them as part of your intake. We won't wait on bloodwork to get started.
I've done an HTMA test before. Does that change anything?
It's still worth doing. If your last HTMA was more than three months ago, your current mineral status may look quite different, especially if you've been under significant stress or gone through any hormonal shifts since then. We'll run a fresh one so we're working with current data.
Is this safe during pregnancy or postpartum?
Yes. Pregnancy and the postpartum period are actually some of the most mineral-depleted phases of a woman's life, and HTMA is gentle and non-invasive. All recommendations will be calibrated to where you are right now.
My hair is dyed. Can I still do this?
Yes. Just wait 6 to 8 weeks after your last colour treatment before taking your sample, and make sure the hair is at least 1 to 1.5 inches long from the root. I'll send full instructions when you enrol.
I'm not in Canada. Can I still work with you?
Absolutely. All sessions are virtual and I work with clients across Canada, the US, UK, Australia, and beyond. Your HTMA kit will be mailed directly to you with full instructions.
How many supplements will I end up taking?
Only what your data shows you actually need. After your HTMA, you'll know exactly what your body needs and why. That usually means fewer supplements, not more, and ones that are actually targeted to your specific pattern.
I feel like my case is too complicated. How do I know this will work for me?
